Public Address

Our public address solution provides Paging, Music, Messaging & School Radio. An IP based Multi Zone loudspeaker system connected to Nortel or Mitel phone system permitting telephone based paging over individual zones.

A special multi media PC developed by MillZAC and running AMEN scheduling software is connected to each amplifier zone and to the Internet. This allows school administration to create or download WAV files which can be stored and then dragged into the daily scheduler. These files can be popped into Play lists and then directed to play over the required areas.

The school can record School Radio on the previous day and then schedule this to be played. "Would parents kindly leave as the school day is about to start", might be a WAV file played at 08.45. "Would children please remind their parents that tonight's concert begins at 7.15", might be an event message broadcast during breaks. This information can also be played over the Classroom telephone loudspeaker. The teacher can allow or deny this and if allowed control the volume. It can also be played over the Smartboard audio system. When admin closes incoming phone calls can be signaled over the internal loudspeaker zone for anyone to Pick Up. The call call can then be Parked and a paging call made to alert the wanted party of the Park Bay number
