MillZAC Sound Networks Limited are pleased to announce that on the 15th of April Complete Networks Limited acquired 20,000 shares in the business. Reflecting this the name of the company has been changed to MillZAC Complete Networks Limited.

Michael Harrison, MD of MCN is on record as saying "This change will enable MCN to attack the growing IP Paging Music and messaging market with its IP PRO Amplink product and further new products to be announced in the next few months. Numerous Top 100 Companies have used MillZAC Sound networks such as Goldman Sachs, Debenhams and Nissan Renault have used our services but in the future contracts in excess of £75K will be funded and Project Managed by Complete Networks allowing the MCN Team to concentrate on new business.

Steven Harrison of Complete Networks is on record as saying "This move by CN expresses the confidence in the synergy of the two Companies. Our new Soft Switch from Tadiran allows for IP Paging Music and Messaging which is something MillZAC have specialised in for over three years. This will allow for direct competition with the CISCO Call Manager with Berbee Informacast."
